I am a qualified life coach and counsellor with a passion for making the world a happier place, and for helping people to cope with the difficulties of this fast-paced, often alienating modern world. I have four decades of work experience at senior management level in government, consulting, and the NGO sector in Germany and South Africa. I have global Board level experience. I am a published author of both fiction and non-fiction, and a textile artist (embroidery and felting). I am the single mother of an adopted son who has taught me the most amazing life lessons on his journey to becoming a man.
